As a bidder on BIN-GO, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Bidding Process

Once you place a bid, it is considered a binding offer. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.

• Bids must be placed in whole dollar amounts
• Automatic bidding increments apply when you're outbid
• Bid history is recorded and visible to all users

Payment Terms

If you win an auction, you are required to pay the amount bid within 48 hours of the auction closing. Failure to do so may result in:

• Cancellation of your bid
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Potential legal action for repeated violations

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Shill bidding (fake bids to drive up prices)
• Bid manipulation using multiple accounts
• Any form of fraudulent bidding activity
